• Loan details you enter: APR, loan amount, term length, and payment amounts you provide manually.
• Income information: Monthly income and expenses you provide to calculate affordability. This is stored in your session only.
• Account information: If you create an account, we store your email and password (encrypted).

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information to anyone
• We don't share your data with advertisers
• We don't use your financial information for any purpose other than providing our service
• We don't store your uploaded documents permanently

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your session. We may use basic analytics to understand how people use the site so we can improve it. We don't use tracking for advertising purposes.

How we process your documents

When you upload a loan document, here's exactly what happens:

• Your document is sent securely to our AI processing service to extract the loan numbers (APR, payment amounts, etc.)
• The AI service processes your document in real-time and does not retain your data after processing is complete
• We only save the extracted loan numbers — not your document, not your name, not your personal details
• Your original document is never stored on our servers

Third-party services

We use trusted third-party services to operate:

• Cloud hosting providers to run our servers securely
• AI document processing to extract text from uploaded documents (data is not retained after processing)
• Payment processors if you make any purchases

These services have their own privacy policies and are contractually bound to protect your data. They do not use your data for training AI models or any purpose other than providing the service.

Your rights

You can request to delete your account and associated data at any time. Just contact us and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top and notify registered users by email.
